TAMBA was selected from a 6 way comparative pitch to design and build the new website for Richard Burbidge, the UK's leading supplier of stair parts, decking and moldings.
Since then TAMBA has been appointed as Archwood Ltd’s digital partner for the entire group.
Our first project centered on replacing a hugely complex and aging stair planning system. Offering a website that had a more intuitive user flow and also ongoing consultation on how to improve the site conversion based on split testing conversion streams and optimising the user experience.
The site has been built on the Umbraco platform that is perfect for the complex database. The database needed to be completely rebuilt future-proofing Richard Burbidge. There are literally tens of thousands of possible product combinations and our website and database needed to be able to interpret the users needs to present them with the correct solutions and parts list.
Since launch the site has doubled the conversion rate converting users through to leads but we are not stopping there. With continued efforts in organic SEO, user experience and split testing, TAMBA continue to help Richard Burbidge to grow their customer base and revenues.
