1st / 2nd line Technical Support / Helpdesk Operator
We are seeking a fantastic client-facing person for our helpdesk. You must have an outstanding telephone manner coupled with a can-do attitude to admin and technical tasks and excellent typing skills. You will be computer literate (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and Internet skills), a team player and have excellent attention to detail.
Full training on our systems will be provided so the key requirements are a passion for all things Internet and an ability to pick things up quickly. Duties will include setting up email accounts, monitoring servers, answering customer queries and assisting our web designers and developers with projects.
The role also includes elements of client liaison, data entry and office administration tasks including faxing, filing and desktop IT support to our internal team.
The role is based in our fantastic studios with excellent career progression opportunities, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with some of the UK's most prolific and successful brands. This is a high-energy role for a motivated and goal-oriented individual.
Responsible to the Technical Director, you will be part of a small, dynamic production team, in a high-energy fast paced agency. You'll need to have excellent time management and organisation skills with a can-do attitude.
