Sweet smell of success for Sugababes fragrances with social media campaign

Objective:
The Sugababes recently launched a new selection of perfumes. We were approached to provide a social media and noise generation campaign to promote and inform the audience about the range.
Activity:
Having worked extensively with Kylie Minogue we were able to take our expertise of celebrity branding and apply it to this project. Absolutely key to this project was informing the audience about the range as it was a completely new venture for the Sugababes. The perfume range contains a different fragrance for each member of the group based on their personalities. We created an application that would let users find out by answering some simple questions which perfume is right for them from the ‘tease, tempt and touch’ range.
The campaign is very graphically led, featuring imagery of the Sugababes and the interface allows users to purchase the perfume too.

Results:
The Sugababes application is live on the group’s Facebook page and TAMBA provided noise generation around this to direct traffic to the application and the Facebook page.
