Receptionist / Administrator (permanent)

We are seeking a fantastic customer-facing person for our reception desk and to handle calls on our busy multi-channel switchboard. You must have an outstanding telephone manner coupled with a can-do attitude to admin tasks and excellent typing skills. You will be computer literate (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and Internet skills), a team player and have excellent attention to detail.

You'll be equally comfortable setting up the board room for meetings and providing refreshments as you will managing the Director's diary and assisting customers with basic technical support enquiries, for which full training will be provided.

The role also includes elements of client liaison, data entry and office administration tasks including faxing, filing and appointment booking.

You must have at least one year of previous reception experience in a corporate organisation and be able to provide references accordingly.
