TAMBA are pleased to announce the launch of Jobsearch, a new iPhone application created for Trinity Mirror Digital Recruitment. This application operates in conjunction with the JobSearch.co.uk website to bring the latest UK vacancies directly to your iPhone.
Usage is simple - enter the job title you wish to pursue, select your location from an interactive map of the UK, then click 'search'. The application will access a data feed composed of the latest vacancies from over forty leading job sites, aggregate the jobs most suitable for you, then return the results straight to your iPhone screen. The resulting vacancies can be browsed and either applied for straight away via the JobSearch website, saved to a list of favourites for later browsing, or emailed directly to a nominated email address.
The application also allows the user to see how their salary compares to the salary of others within a particular job sector or region of the UK. Once a job sector and location are selected from the on-screen menus, a bar graph will be presented showing the regional and national average salaries based on the criteria entered.
