Carphone Warehouse call on TAMBA for Talking eCard Application
Objective:
Carphone Warehouse wanted to offer their stores across the world the ability to send out seasonal promotional eCards which could be programmed with talking messages as a way of gaining cut through with busy consumers.
Activity:
We investigated and recommended the use of Acapella as the voice engine and deployed this alongside a bespoke content management system which allowed them to choose a variety of scenes and animations which could be selected for the cards. We also built a bank of visual assets for the cards to get them started.
Results:
The eCard system has become an integral piece of the internal marcomms at Carphone Warehouse. It has been deployed to 10 territories worldwide and translated into 7 languages.
