PR & Marketing Manager
TAMBA are enjoying a record year of growth and are now seeking a PR & Marketing Manager to define and deliver the marketing strategy for the agency itself.

Define and implement an overarching marketing and communications strategy in line with the company’s new business and client retention objectives.
Create and support in the delivery of marketing events both at the agency HQ and in third party environments.
Create and deliver marketing initiatives that have cut-through in a crowded agency marketplace.
Identify speaking and profile-building opportunities for key TAMBA personnel.
Identify features and opportunities within trade press and wider business press and sell in stories.
Maintain and enhance all company marketing collateral including case studies, award entries and communications pieces.
Act as a brand guardian for the company ensuring we maintain and grow our market position.
Work alongside the CEO in delivering TAMBA’s message across social media platforms to include Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Quora, LinkedIn and others.
Act as our internal press office.
Ensure all activity is measured and reported effectively.
Provide ad hoc internal presentations to the team and monthly marketing reports to the board.
We’re a highly regarded creative digital agency, so you will need to be a strategic thinker, who can tackle analytical and research-led content and guerilla marketing campaigns with equal skill.
You will have at least 3 years experience in either traditional PR, online PR or internal marketing management in an agency environment and be a strong social media communicator.
This role will include ad hoc travel both across the UK and internationally, so flexibility in this is a must.
The role is based at our Burntwood, Staffordshire headquarters.
