At TAMBA, we are proud to participate in many charity fundraisers and events as well as at least one pro bono digital campaign per year. In 2011, members of TAMBA completed a marathon for CARE International, a fun run for Great Ormond Street and a winter sleepout for St Basils raising funds for the homeless. In 2012, we’re supporting Action for Children.

Founded in 1994 in the infancy of the Web, we’ve grown into one of the most recognised digital hot shops in the UK. Kay Hammond, founder of the business, remains the majority shareholder and CEO and was awarded the Network of Aspiring Women award for Woman in Engineering/Technology 2011 for her achievements in business.

The agency lives and breathes the three pillars which are our strapline; In all we do we endeavour to be brave, playful and always digital. We continue to be a privately-owned, independent agency which means we can always provide best of breed solutions without any obligation to an agency network and we have a strong financial trading history and highly experienced executive board. We’ve won plenty of awards for our work including a Travel Marketing Award 2012, a Roses Creative Award 2012, Social Media Agency of the Year 2011 at the COGS Awards, two Golden Twit awards 2011 (Design & Gaming categories) a Drum Marketing Award 2010, an NMA Effectiveness Award and a Y Design Award at the London Design Festival.

Kay Hammond,

CEO

Kay is TAMBA's founder and CEO and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the agency and heading up the social media unit. Kay was named Technology Woman of the Year 2011 at the NOAW Awards and is the voice of TAMBA's Twitter feed, followed by over 84,000 people.

Jon Broomfield,

MD

Jon heads up the client services division of TAMBA and looks after some of our largest clients, both brands and agencies. Jon is a popular speaker on digital marketing and has lectured at TFM&A, Internet World and Ad:tech to name just a few. Jon is a co-owner in the agency and has been with TAMBA for over 4 years.

Andy Simpson,

Technical Director

Andy has risen through the ranks at TAMBA starting in 2002 as a web developer. As Technical Director, Andy is responsible for technical R&D, as well as remaining a keen and talented programmer at heart.
